VORTO

Systems and mechanisms

We don't sell loose parts. We develop systems.

We design systems and mechanismsfor the fenestration and architecture market.

Everything that rotates in a building started as a design decision. But the mechanism that makes the movement happen is usually the last thing considered — bought as a commodity, adjusted on the job site, blamed when it fails. Vorto treats every rotation as engineering: weight, friction, play and service life calculated before any part is drawn.

A mechanism company that thinks in systems.

Vorto designs and builds rotation mechanisms — pivot, hinge, latch and lock — for window and door systems and system houses, and for the furniture industry.

Each mechanism is born as part of a complete line, calculated and tested as a set, not as a catalog part sold on its own. That is what separates a system that works for ten years from one that fails at the first maintenance.

The first line is Pivoline. Others, covering hinge, latch and lock, are in development.

Vorto Method

Five stages every mechanism goes through before it reaches the job site.

01
Observe the movement
Real force, weight and friction of the application, measured before any part is drawn.
02
Calculate the rotation
Torque, play and synchronization between axes sized by calculation, not by trial.
03
Synchronize the system
Multiple rotation points connected in a single, reliable sequence.
04
Test under load
Validation on the test bench, with repeated cycles, before any installation.
05
Scale production
Standardization for series production without losing the precision validated on the bench.

Lines

PIVOLINE

Synchronization system for large pivot and tilt units. Multiple axes rotating together, from 90° to 180°, manual or motorized.

In development

The next lines follow the same method, covering the other rotation points in window and door systems and furniture:

  • Hinge
  • Latch
  • Lock

We manufacture in-house.

From machining to finishing, every step happens on the same floor — which lets us test, correct and produce without depending on third parties.

2,500 m²of production floor, with machining, cutting and welding in a single flow.
CNC lathe
Machining of shafts, bushings and pivots with controlled tolerance — the basis of every mechanism that has to rotate without play.
Laser cutting
Cutting of sheet and profiles with repeatable precision, for parts that come out ready for assembly, with no rework.
Laser welding
Joining components with low heat input — without warping what has already been machined to the millimeter.
Production floor
2,500 m² organized in a single flow: raw material, machining, cutting, welding, assembly and testing of every mechanism before shipping.
