PIVOLINE

Synchronization system — a Vorto line

Multiple axes rotating together, from 90° to 180°. Manual or motorized. Without relying on the installer's luck.

A system, not a pivot.

Pivoline links multiple pivot or tilt tubes in a single sequence, so that all of them rotate at the same angle and the same speed — the corner blade responds exactly like the center blade.

It is the first line built by Vorto and the proof of concept for the method: synchronization is calculated at the design stage, validated on the test bench and delivered as a set, with play, torque and service life documented per unit.

Where Pivoline fits

Pivoting louvers

Facade blades rotating together for light and ventilation control.

Cladding slats and profiles

Large tilt slats and profiles, in continuous panels.

Pivot windows and doors

Large-span leaves, manual or motorized, integrated with building automation.

Trust is proven, not declared.

The 10,000-cycle test

Every mechanism is cycled 10,000 times on the test bench before it goes to production, with a documented result.

Synchronization seal

Each unit receives a physical seal with serial number and calibration date — traceable, not decorative.

Mechanism log

A QR code on the part itself leads to that unit's history: batch, calibration and test cycle.
